Refund Policy

At Mavexo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain products (such as personal care items, intimate goods, or final sale items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped, making it ineligible for cancellation.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Re-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card/bank provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
